FAQ's

Do you have a cake price list?

All our cakes are customized to suit each event and/or specific requests. Prices vary depending on cake size, number of tiers, design complexity, pickup/delivery, etc. and will be provided in initial quote.

What do you need to consider when requesting a quote?

What event are you planning? 
This may determine portions and cake size (e.g. birthdays generally serve party/dessert slices while coffee slices are usually served at weddings & corporate events).

How many guests do you aim to feed, and/or will other desserts be required or provided? 
If your cake will be the main dessert, it is best to consider serving larger portion sizes & increasing your cake size to cater to all guests. Alternatively, you can opt for a smaller cake if there will be other desserts offered.

Is your cake to be displayed, or devoured? 
We cannot always provide foam tiers as certain designs are not attainable with this material. We also highly suggest opting for a grander REAL cake to enjoy rather than a fake display cake.

Would you like to keep any tiers or save some cake for later? 
Your cake can be best enjoyed fresh for up to 5 days, stored air-tight in the refrigerator, or 2-3 months in the freezer.

How much notice do you require?

Cakes are booked on a first-in, first-served basis. Therefore, it is best to provide notice and pay the deposit fee to lock in your date as soon as possible, especially for weddings, as we receive inquires up to 1 year in advance. We recommend booking your cake at least three months in advance of your wedding date to ensure availability.
For smaller cakes, we require minimum 2 weeks' notice as this provides enough time to discuss, confirm quote & finalize brief.

Do you serve the LGBTQIA+ community?

Absolutely! Our bakery is proud to serve all members of all communities, and we welcome the opportunity to create a cake that represents your love and commitment.

How many flavors can I choose?

You can choose up to 1 flavor per tier.

Do you offer cake tasting for Weddings?

Yes, we do! Choosing a cake flavor can be super hard for anyone. You will be able to purchase a cake tasting box which are available to order throughout the year.

What cake frosting do you use?

All our cakes are made from scratch; each cake will be filled with American Buttercream.

Do you provide foam (fake) cakes/tiers?

Yes, if you would like to have a wow factor tall or tiered cake for your event but you don’t exactly need a lot of cake you can opt for a cake dummy. We do not provide discounts for dummy tiers as the same amount of time & costs go into incorporating them into your cake.

Do you provide delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery services for your convenience. We will provide you with a quote based on your location, and our delivery area extends up to 2.5 hours from Fairburn, GA (one way), subject to availability.

Can I pick up my cake?

Cake pick-up is available from Fairburn, GA 30213 and must be organized in advance. Once you have booked your cake, all your pickup, transportation and storage information will be sent over to you. Address will be provided once your order is confirmed. All cakes are fully boxed and covered for secure and stable transportation.

Unless we are providing delivery services, all cakes that have left the premises are no longer our responsibility.

Strictly no refunds will be given for damages out of our control.

How should I transport my cake?

Cakes are best transported on a flat surface, such as the floor of your vehicle, and air-conditioning must be on.

Once you have completed your cake purchase you will be sent our Cake Care Guide which contains detailed guidance on transporting, storing and serving.

When should the cake be put on display, and for how long?

All cakes should be stored in the fridge. However, when it comes to your event/Celebration you can display your cake at room temperature. It is highly advised that you store your cake in the fridge or in an air-conditioned room for as long as possible before displaying it out for all your guests to see, especially in the warmer months.

Do you provide undecorated cakes?

While undecorated cakes are available, due to food safety and insurance purposes, we do not allow florists to decorate our cakes for weddings and/or other occasions. However, we are happy to liaise with vendors to organize pick up/ delivery of flowers or on-site decoration. 

We strongly advise that you allow us the opportunity to organize florals for
quality control, health & safety purposes, so we can ensure flowers are as fresh as possible & in the best conditions to be used for cake decorating.

Can you 'copy' a design?

While inspiration images are totally welcome to get an idea of design, we WILL NOT directly replicate other cakes for copyright reasons and personal preference. All cakes will therefore be unique to each client. We like to describe our design style as 'intuitive.' Meaning, we can connect with certain elements and flow of design to attain a desired outcome or aesthetic.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Up to 3 weeks of your pick-up, postponements will be allowed (subject to availability). There will however but an administration sub charge for this to happen of $20. Within 3 weeks of your pick-up NO refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations and postponements will NOT be allowed.
